A stunning garden alstroemeria for a hot colour themed border. Flowers until the first frosts. An added benefit is that the stems can be pulled from the base of the plant and used as cut flowers in the home. The plant may need support during the flowering season.

Plant care:
Ensure there is plenty of space around the site where you plan to plant Alstroemeria as they make large clumps over time. Prepare the soil before planting with a granular fertiliser and plenty of organic matter. Liquid feed through the flowering period to get the best performance. This plant will die back in winter so they can be tidied up and cut down to ground level in the winter.
