One of the projects we have completed over the winter was to create some outdoor growing beds for perennials in large 2 litre pots. Some of the first plants are now being lifted from these beds as well as many more being potted and placed outside now for flowering in July/ August.

The first signs are that the quality is fantastic, deep green, stocky plants which are throwing up wonderful flowers. We’ve kept the summer range mainly to the cottage garden favourites including Delphiniums, Lupins, Digitalis, Dianthus, Lobelia and Lavender. Available from June through to the end of August this range should provide lots of long lasting colour for the garden with the added benefit of most of the varieties having a good chance of re-appearing next year in the garden, bigger and better.

For trade customers look our for these lines on our availability list, for retail customers we’ll have plenty of availability in our plant centre and at our markets. Be sure to ask if you can’t see them! Take a look at some of the photos below, we’ll try and get more photos on Facebook as the flowers appear!
